Proven Scheduling Track Record

To give you a sense of the kind of results we have been able to deliver, here is a list of tournaments we have supported since June 2023. Before you dive into the table, you should know definitions for two key metrics displayed:
Shared Coach%: The percentage of teams that have at least one coach in common with another team in the tournament. The higher this number, the harder it is to avoid coaching conflicts.
Unresolved Conflicts%: The percentage of non-playoff games where at least one coach is unable to attend the game. 0 is the best number to see in this column. Anything higher means at least some of the coaches needed alternate coverage for their games.

  • Many teams with custom requirements - like 1 game Fri, 2 games Sat, no games Sun. Or someone else like No games Fri, 1 on Sat and 2 on Sun
  • A large number of venues with a few fields each, and potentially far from each other made it very hard to resolve all coaching conflicts
Copa Surf 2026 - Youngers March 2026 250-300 12 35% 5%
  • 12 venues up to 65 minutes away
  • Spread out fields prevented 100% coach conflict resolution even with a modest number of shared coaches
2026 Orange County College Showcase February 2026 50-100 1 40% 1%
  • 3 games over 2 days, no playoffs
  • Some divisions play 1 game Saturday, 2 on Sunday. Others played 2 on Saturday
  • Single location, and an average number of shared coaches allowed near 100% conflict resolution (except 1 game for one 4 team coach)

  • 2 games Saturday, up to 2 games on Sunday
  • Custom requirement to have finals be staggered by 15 minutes to allow award presentation

  • A few slots available on Friday for local teams
  • Most teams play 2 games Saturday, up to 2 games Sunday

  • Older teams play one game a day: Fri / Sat / Sun
  • Younger teams play 2 games Sat, 1 game Sun
  • High percentage of teams with shared coaches, but the tournament format allowed near 100% coach conflict resolution (except one 4-team coach with 1 unresolved conflict)
  • Most host club games prescheduled - remaining games needed to be scheduled around those
Copa Surf 2026 - Olders February 2026 150-200 10 24% 3%
  • 10 venues up to 1 hour apart
  • Long game slots (100 minutes) meant fewer slots in the day to work with
  • Girls and boys play in different locations - up to an hour away
  • Some Friday slots available for local teams
  • The format prevented 100% coach conflict resolution despite a relatively low percentage of teams with shared coaches

  • A unique complexity was that almost all home club team games were pre-scheduled; all other games had to fit around those
