Universal Scheduling runs scheduling for youth-sports tournaments and leagues, and publishes two mobile apps: GOAT Recruiter for college recruiters, and GOAT Tourney for players, parents, and fans. This page explains how to get help with any of them.
Contact us
Email [email protected] and a person will get back to you. Please include the name of your event or program, and — if you are writing about one of the apps — which app and which phone you are using, so we can find the problem faster.

GOAT Recruiter
- Getting access. GOAT Recruiter is for recruiters at college programs, and accounts are issued by your program rather than created in the app. If you do not have access yet, contact your program administrator, or email us and we will point you to the right person.
- Signing in. Enter your work email on the sign-in screen and we email you a 6-digit code. There is no password. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you used the address your program registered.
- Working offline. The app is built for the sideline. Your schedule, ratings, and notes are stored on your device and sync automatically once you are back on wifi or data — you do not need to do anything to save them.
- Deleting your account. In the app, open the Sync screen and choose Delete account. You can also do it from the web at universalscheduling.com/recruiting/delete-account/, which works even if you no longer have the app installed.
GOAT Tourney
- Finding your event. No account is needed to browse. Search for your tournament or league by name and you will get its full schedule, standings, and scores.
- My event is not listed. Only events that run on Universal Scheduling appear in the app. If yours does not, it is most likely scheduled on another platform — ask your organizer.
- Following teams and notifications. Following a team takes a verified email address. Follows drive game reminders, score alerts, and notices when a game is moved. If notifications are not arriving, check that they are enabled for the app in your phone's settings.
- Entering scores. Posting a score is limited to team staff and event officials. If you should have that access and do not, contact your event organizer.
- Deleting your account. In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account, or use universalscheduling.com/tourney/delete-account/.
